It`s not much reason to introduce white water
in Norway, this famous destination is still well visiting destination for
kayaking. It`s not chance to find better place in Europe to paddle during sumer
than in Norway. So we are went there for twenty days in July. Like always
awesome paddling and cool trip. First July we were heading to ferry from
germany to sweden. After 24 hours drive we reach   Voss area, here is
bunch of bloody good rivers super close together. We spend a week here and
paddled every day rivers like Raundalselva, Myrkdalselva, Bramset,
Smeddalselva, Sogndalselva etc. This rivers are totally classic here. Middle
volume steep creeking, with clear water, nice drops, pushy rapids and of course
some pretty amaze waterfalls. Norway had really good load of snow this winter,
so water levels are sweet and sometimes  to high. Likely not big beating
here, just little bit sometimes, otherwise all good so we can go with one peace
to other area. After that we
are moving more north, cruising around fjords and went for us new are around
Geiranger fjord. Here is not to much water left, so we went thru trolls weg to
Rauma. Rauma river is definitely one of high lite here. Upper section is super
fun with some cool drops and rapids and lower section is unbelievable big drop
pool section with beautiful scenery . We did just upper section and definitely
super fun. Other days we move more south for Sjoa river festival, but before we
paddled some nice river around Sjoa and Otta. We choose not super hard rivers
and just cruise around a paddle as much as possible like Store ula, Skejrva,
some sectio on Otta, stop on Skajk wave etc. After that we were ready for Sjoar
river festival and two extreme race`s one on Sjoa sweet rumble and other
extreme race on Store ula. Like a normally here in Norway we had it
awesome time, even when is high or low water kayakers always can find some nice
rivers here. Already look forward to visit Norway again.
