I'd recommend this destination for:
What I liked
The Sun rises in the ocean and its the most impressive thing i saw ever. Food are exotic (seafood) and delicious. Its a peacefull city but a bit expensive due to almost everything is imported from other countries.
What I didn't like
Street vendors keeps following you until you purchase a "Batique" or an ashtray.
